MAPEI Mapecoat I 62 W, 11 kg, is a two-component, glossy, dispersion-based epoxy resin coating. It was specially developed for coating walls and ceilings in cleanrooms, as well as for floors with light vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
- Mixing ratio: A : B = 1 : 3.4
- Processing time: approx. 20 minutes
- Processing temperature: +10 °C to +30 °C
- Cleanroom certification according to ISO 14644-1 (ISO Class 5) and ISO 14644-8 (ISO-ACCm Class 7.1)
- Waiting time between two orders: minimum 12 hours, maximum 24 hours
- Processing by rolling or spraying
- Consumption: 0.20–0.25 kg/m² per application
- Storage: 24 months in unopened original packaging at > +10 °C
