MAPEI Mapegrout 430 Zero 25kg is a one-component, non-sag, and fiber-reinforced repair mortar of class R3, XF4 according to EN 1504-3. The mortar is shrinkage-compensated and suitable for layer thicknesses of 5 mm to 35 mm for concrete repair and leveling. Its entire life cycle is fully CO₂ offset.
Mixing ratio: 4.4 – 4.6 liters of water to 25 kg of powder
Processing time: approx. 1 hour
Processing temperature: from +5°C to +35°C
Properties: Maximum grain size 1 mm, compressive strength > 35 MPa (after 28 days), modulus of elasticity 23 GPa (after 28 days)
Application: trowel or spray application
Storage: 12 months in the unopened original container when stored in a cool, frost-free and dry place.
Consumption: approx. 1.7 kg/m²/mm layer thickness
Application examples of Mapegrout 430 Zero:
▪ Repair of pillar edges, concrete beams and balcony railings.
▪ Production of the concrete cover.
▪ Removal of surface damage, voids/gravel nests, construction joints and boreholes
