MAPEI Ultracolor Plus is a discoloration- and efflorescence-resistant, fast-setting grout with DropEffect® and mold-inhibiting BioBlock® technology. It is suitable for joint widths up to 20 mm and offers a timeless joint design in a wide range of colors.

- Water-repellent and easy to clean with DropEffect®
- Efflorescence-free for even coloring
- Walkable after approx. 3 hours, fully solid after 24 hours
- For swimming pools, load-bearing after 48 hours
